The Tempest

A co-production with Northern Stage and Oxford Playhouse.

“Sit still and hear… of our sea sorrow…”

Widely considered to be Shakespeare’s final play, The Tempest combines magic, drama, romance and comedy.  This new ensemble production contained visual treats, original music, plenty of mischief and a whole lot of wizardry. Improbable’s The Tempest was created with an ensemble cast of ten, featuring Tyrone Huggins as Prospero and extraordinary live music from Brendan Murphy.

The Tempest was first presented at Northern Stage, Newcastle, then at the Oxford Playhouse in 2015.
